The new insert was created out of two needs:

• to provide adequate support volume for XC tires, which have, in the meantime, on average increased in cross-section;

• To give “Gravity” combinations a front wheel insert that performs better in combination with the aforementioned “TWIN SOUL” and “TWIN FULL” designed for the rear wheel, in full harmony with the “TWIN SOLUTION” concept.

The new product, in fact, has characteristics very similar to its predecessors, with particularly high-performing compounds, shapes and volumes distributed in the areas of greatest stress, but with significant weight savings: the 29″ version weighs only 60 grams. The Kit consists of two innovative “Twin-Light” inserts equipped with a new polymer compound with high mechanical characteristics as well as a new profile designed to distribute volumes in areas of greatest stress and facilitate assembly without increasing weight.

Available in 27.5″ or 29″ x 43 sizes – “Twin-Light” weight 60 grams – suitable for 27.5″/29″ x 2.1″/2.5″ tires. A rim with an internal channel of 27 mm or more is recommended.
